Love the Pom! The food always hits, the service is usually great even if sometimes the kitchen is a little slow. Cocktails are solid, this is definitely one of my neighborhood favorites. Try the fried chicken or the chicken Milanese, and the bacon wrapped dates.

Great lunch special with drinks, tried the Astoria sunset and two sandwiches. Philly cheesesteak was dry , but spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, I will recommend! Was great generous portions as well, definitely want to try other items next time!

I had the Mac and cheese and Pom martini. Both, delicious. The Mac and cheese is the best I've had in any restaurant, the perfect combination of baked, crusted, and melted cheese. And you can add shrimp if you like-- soooo good. The martini was also great. Service was pretty good, food comes quick and the vibe in there is perfect for a date night, or a chill bar night out.

Beautiful, delicious drinks by Jackie! Tommy was very good to us last week. Had the Ditmars this time; AMAZING! Heads up: $25 steaks on Thursdays! Don't tell anyone!

Bottomless brunch. Good food and portions. 3 people late Saturday afternoon, reserved ahead of time but wasn't packed today so we didn't even need the reservation. French toast, omelette of the day, huevos rancheros. 2 of us added bottomless brunch cocktails. I wouldn't get the huevos rancheros again, it's buried in tortilla strips and there wasn't much tomato sauce. Next time I'll get the omelette. Note on the menu that there is an extra charge for credit cards. (I thought restaurants in NYS are supposed to list credit card prices on the menu?) I would come back for something different. Had a taste of the omelette, it was good and comes with a lot (potatoes, salad, toast)

The Pomeroy is a great neighborhood spot. The vibes are intimate and the food is delicious. The chicken Milanese portions were enormous, it was enough for a whole second meal the next day. The short rib tacos were very good, but I wouldn't classify the meat as short rib. It wasn't as tender as short rib typically is, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the food and service were good and I would definitely return.

My favorite item to eat here is by far the honey chipotle wings. They are so crispy and coated in a really flavorful sauce, not too spicy if you're worried about that. The fish tacos were great too, my friend noted that the fish was quite fresh and we enjoyed the fries with old bay seasoning. I've been here a handful of times and every time I've noticed that the service is quite slow so I wouldn't necessarily come here if you're in a rush. The food mostly makes up for it!

Went for Brunch with the Hubs over the weekend. Didn't have to wait for a table, which was great. We did get out early (noonish) so I'm sure that helped. Just wanted simple cocktails and a delicious meal to start our day. Boy are we so glad we decided to come here. I had the delectable POM Martini. Citrus Vodka, Pomegranate and Agave. It was delicious. It tasted like a supercharged pink lemonade. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He had the "Good Luck". Gin, lime, cucumber and mint. He loved it. It definitely packed a punch. Very mint forward. If mint isn't your thing, steer clear. Very good nonetheless. He enjoyed the Pomery Breakfast. He opted for sweet Italian sausage instead of the maple glazed bacon. He thought the dish came with both but you're given a choice of either more. Probably for the best because he couldn't finish the dish. Eggs, toast, salad, potatoes a complete breakfast that goes above and beyond. He was completely satisfied. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It's normally served with bacon, avocado mayo, cheddar, lettuce (bibb/butter i believe, which i love), red onion and pickled jalapeños on a potato onion roll. I was sold on the roll. Held the bacon. The grilled chicken was sliced, rather than one full cutlet, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It had a Greek, lemony, herby taste. Delicious. I couldn't even finish it. Filling and fulfilling. Fries wer3 fried to perfection and very much devoured. Had another Pom Martini before making our exit. Highly recommend. Service, attentive. Prices, standard. Taste, amazing. Drinks, delectable.

Ambiance (4/5): The inside is dimly lit and noise levels were medium. It is a nice spot to have a date. Service (4/5): The service was okay since the venue was pretty busy. However, they did a great job in checking with us and keeping our drinks filled. Food (5/5): The food was delicious! We tried 4 of their cocktails and each of them were amazing. They also offer the daily special and opted for the steak since it was comparable to the prices of the main entrees. Short Rib Tacos (5/5): Amazing flavor jammed into the taco (3 pieces). Nice portions of juicy meat and the sauces that melt together with the meat. Steak (5/5): It came with a side of roasted potatoes and asparagus. It was seasoned well, donned with a couple slabs of butter and enough fat that it kept the cut fairly juicy.
